ACEH TAMIANG — The spirit of solidarity and community care has once again emerged in Aceh Tamiang. The Aceh Tamiang Branch of the Indonesian Advocacy Agency (DPC BAI) has expressed its highest appreciation for Rp100 million in public facility assistance for Al Ghofur Mosque, also known as Asmaul Husna Mosque, in Lubuk Sukun Hamlet, Alur Seulebu Village, Kejuruan Muda District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Friday (August 21, 2026).
The assistance represents a form of social concern from PT STS (Senayan Square), GBK, and Al-Bina Mosque, with support from Gesit Volunteers and Salam Setara.

DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang emphasized that the assistance is not merely material support, but also a concrete expression of concern for the community and a collective effort to strengthen religious facilities and social infrastructure in rural areas.
Chairman of DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang Syamsul, through Head of the Social and Humanitarian Division Nasrul Anggara, said the presence of donors and volunteers sends an important message that community development is not solely the responsibility of the government. It also requires the involvement of various elements of society, businesses, communities, and philanthropists.
“We greatly appreciate this Rp100 million contribution. It is not merely about the amount of money, but about the compassion, sincerity, and spirit of togetherness shown to the people of Lubuk Sukun,” said Anas.
He expressed hope that Al Ghofur Mosque, also known as Asmaul Husna Mosque, would not only serve as a place of worship, but also grow into a center for religious activities, education, fellowship, and community development.
DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang also expressed its appreciation to PT STS (Senayan Square), GBK, Al-Bina Mosque, Gesit Volunteers, and Salam Setara for their contribution in bringing tangible benefits to the community.
“Good deeds carried out together will become a great strength. May this assistance become an everlasting charitable deed for everyone involved and bring blessings to the people of Lubuk Sukun,” the organization stated.
On the occasion, the donors and volunteers expressed their hope that the availability of a proper and decent mosque would provide a supportive environment for nurturing a new generation of children who love and learn the Qur’an.
DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang hopes that this initiative will inspire more parties to strengthen social solidarity, particularly in supporting public facilities, houses of worship, and the needs of communities affected by the hydrometeorological flooding disaster.
From Lubuk Sukun, the spirit of compassion shines once again: when caring hands come together, a simple act of kindness can become a great light for the community—restoring hope and inspiring people to move forward with renewed strength.
