Meanwhile, the Head of ATR/BPN Aceh Tamiang, Husni, stressed that land certificates serve as essential legal proof of ownership.
“We encourage the public not to hesitate to visit the ATR/BPN Aceh Tamiang Office if they experience difficulties regarding land ownership documents or land status after the disaster. All services will be delivered professionally, transparently, and with a strong commitment to legal certainty in order to protect the rights of the community,” Husni said.
During the meeting, both institutions also discussed the importance of close coordination in resolving land-related issues that may arise in the aftermath of the disaster. Such cooperation is expected to ensure legal certainty, uphold justice, and provide fast, transparent, and accountable public services.
DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang expressed its appreciation for ATR/BPN Aceh Tamiang’s openness in establishing communication with various elements of society. The partnership is expected to foster a conducive environment for accelerating regional development, supporting economic recovery, and improving the welfare of the people of Aceh Tamiang.
