400 Electronic Land Certificates Handed Over to Residents in Bendahara, Strengthening Legal Certainty in Aceh Tamiang
ACEH TAMIANG — A total of 400 electronic land certificates under the 2026 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Program have been handed over to residents in Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The distribution marks an important step toward strengthening legal certainty over land ownership while increasing the economic value of community assets.
The symbolic handover was carried out by the Regent of Aceh Tamiang, Inspector General of Police (Ret.) Drs. Armia Pahmi, M.H., together with the Head of the Aceh Tamiang Regency Land Office, Husni, S.ST., at the Banta Achmad Meeting Hall in Bendahara District on Friday (September 25, 2026).

The 400 electronic certificates were distributed to residents of Mesjid Sungai Iyu Village, Cinta Raja Village, and Seunebok Dalam Village. The program is part of the government’s efforts to accelerate land registration while ensuring that communities have valid ownership documents and stronger legal certainty over their land.
For residents, a land certificate is more than an administrative document. It serves as legal proof of ownership and provides important protection for land assets. It can also support economic activities and business development, subject to applicable regulations.
